Before Israel's king could lead, God required one thing of him: to write out God's Word with his own hand, keep it beside him, and read it all the days of his life — so that his heart would not be lifted above his brethren. Leadership in God's Kingdom begins not with skills or position, but with the leader's own soil.
Leadership STRATEGIES is a Word Engagement training for cultivating that soil. Through inductive Bible study you will sit with the leadership strategies demonstrated by Jesus and the leaders of Scripture — moving from observation, to understanding, to application in your own life and ministry.

The training moves in two parts: first the hidden foundations of leadership, then the practical work of vision, mission, and goals.
- Hidden foundations of leadership — daily bread, hearing & doing, continuous repentance & growing humility, and the way of the learner. These are the unseen roots that determine all visible fruit.
- Vision, mission & goals — listening & envisioning prayer, visional & missional clarity, and missional implementation. You will not receive a vision statement; you will develop your own, drawn from listening to God.
- Inductive Bible study sessions — every strategy is learned from inside Scripture itself, through observation, understanding, and application — not from leadership theory.
- Practical planning sessions — worksheets and tools for developing your unique vision, mission, and annual goals, and for organizing and empowering your people to benefit directly from God's Word.

You leave with your own vision and mission taking written shape, practical tools for servant leadership and delegation, and daily habits that keep God's Word at the center of your leadership — the leader's copy of the law, written in your own hand.

Leadership STRATEGIES is for pastors, ministry leaders, facilitators, and anyone responsible for the spiritual growth of others. The only prerequisite is the willingness of the king in Deuteronomy: to put yourself under God's Word before you lead anyone else through it.
